This page exists so that I have a convenient way of keeping track of my own fitness program progress visually.

My goal is to gain 35 lbs of muscle in 12 weeks.

Start weight: 135 lbs
Target weight: 170 lbs



Week 0:    July 7, 2000  
 

Could use a good tan soon.
Cheated on my first 'free day' on July 16. Not going to cheat any longer.
Finished off 125 grams of creatine on July 15.
Chest measurement gained one inch by July 18.
Gained about 3 or 4 lbs by July 19.
Finished off my 40th egg, and neck has gained 1/2 inch on July 20.
Worked out my calves and hamstrings too hard on July 19. Couldn't walk the following fri/sat.
So, friday's back/bicep workout was pushed to sunday, July 23.

     
     
End of Week 2:    July 23, 2000  
     
     
End of Week 4:   August 6, 2000

Plateaued through most of week 3 and 4 with body weight, but still making good strength gains.
Therefore, changing workout to 10x10 (GVT) starting week 5.
Saw about a 7 lb gain for weeks five and six.
Been slacking on eating the eggs. Eating other things in their place.
Around 16% body fat on week 6.
Reached 150 lbs on tuesday August 15, 2000 for the very first time!!! (151.2 on scale).
Took some pictures after my 6-1 workout.
     
     
End of Week 6:   August 20, 2000  
 

Loading Creatine for the second time on week 7: aug 21-aug 28.
Chest has gained 2 inches in circumference since i started as of Aug 21.
Legs have gained 2 inches also as of Aug 21.
Neck has gained 1 1/2 inches as of Aug 21.
Chest is tight... like i can feel it growing or something on Aug 22.
Changing to GVT definitely broke my plateau.
Had those shoulder ripples that Ellis has on my 7-1 workout.

     
     
End of Week 8:   September 3 , 2000  
   
Started school.. hard to maintain 6 meals a day now.
Chest has gained 3 inches total.
Haven't been eating much rice or many eggs.
     
     
End of Week 10: September 17, 2000    
   
I've stopped my program prematurely. School is taking so many calories that I
literally cannot eat enough to gain weight. For now, I'm going to hold in a 'maintenance'
lifestyle until Christmas break. At that time, I'll go for more mass gains.
Steady state weight: 152 lbs
