Florida turned me into a fat blob. Time to fix that.
I'm working on figuring out a good workout program for myself. The end
goal is to have a great body that I'm proud of. Right now, not so much.
First goal - Gut Reduction: Trim the gut down with cardio
and torso excersise.
Second goal - Body Strengthening and Shaping: Hard core
mass workouts.
This is how I looked after only
8 weeks of my first program back in college here.
I know I can do it, I just need to get into the mindset, lay a plan,
and find the motivation to follow it.
