Injector Head A. Pressure Test -Got the guages, need to get bushings -will do Monday night B. Machining (Mike) -found one to do the EDM for $300 a head -JUST found a site today who will do them for $75 III. Test Plans A. Site -Zubrin still a possibility B. Stand -Mike, Dustin, Otto plans by next meeting -Mike has an idea, need estimate of matierals, cost, ease of building -Do we REALLY need instantaeous regression data? C. Date -After CDR, but before next semester -Which means, mid-december IV. CDR -Tenetive Dec. 11 either 2 or 3 -Need slides from everyone BEFORE break to Tala -Drawing binder with each sub-system, part numbering system (Mike), format from Matt, wiring diagrams, software diagrams V. Data Acq. -2 pressure transducers -several load cells -a couple of thermocouples -Got a laptop, data acq modulalar and tackle box labstation from ITLL. We have it until May. -mass flow guage or feed system ($1200-5000) Is the money worth the acuracy and time-saved? -Compare to load cell for mass flow and report back. VI. Documentation -will have a packet for each by winter break VII. Fuel -Due to an out-of-date spreadsheet, the wrong fuel mixture was mixed, so it didn't cure right. I have one chamber almost clean and hope to have the second one done by tomorrow. We will cast the next batch of fuel Saturday morning and if all goes well, perhaps the next one on Wednesday.
